When you submit an enquiry, use the itinerary planner or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, destination, travel dates, number of travellers and any preferences you describe.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment for a confirmed booking is handled directly with our team through the payment method agreed with you.

How we use your information

Your details are used only to prepare your itinerary and quote, to respond to your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp, and to make bookings with hotels, transport partners and other suppliers on your behalf once you confirm a trip.

We may occasionally send trip ideas or offers to travellers who have enquired with us. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing Info@axplorar.com.

Sharing with third parties

We share only the information necessary to deliver your trip — for example passenger names with an airline, hotel or visa office. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Retention and security

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Access to your details is limited to the Axplorar team members working on your trip.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Info@axplorar.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
