Quotes and confirmations

Every itinerary we share is personalised and prepared for your specific dates and travellers. Quotes are indicative until confirmed, because hotel, airline and transport rates can change until they are actually booked.

A trip is confirmed only once we have your written confirmation and the agreed advance payment has been received.

Payments

Payment schedules are shared with your final quote and typically involve an advance at confirmation and the balance before departure. Some airlines, visas and hotels require full payment at the time of booking.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, correct visas, and any health documents required by the destination. We assist with visa documentation where offered, but the final decision always rests with the issuing authority.

Changes by suppliers

Hotels, airlines and local operators occasionally change schedules or availability. Where this happens we arrange the closest possible alternative and inform you promptly.

Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for disruption caused by weather, natural events, strikes, political unrest, airline schedule changes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will always help you re-plan wherever possible.
